Chief Executive Officer
Peter has taken properties facing challenges to GSS and transformed them into financially viable and successful entities by focusing on financial best practices and excellence in guest service.
Peter’s results-oriented approach is based on a combination of coaching, encouraging and guiding associates to develop their personal and professional skills. Providing opportunities for others to shine is his true passion, and it is the key to his success.
He understands what it takes to cultivate and develop a dedicated team, and to that end, he focuses on the unique skills and talents of each team member. In turn, he emphasizes that each team member play a critical role in providing superlative guest service.

Chief Financial Officer
Zach brings over 20 years of experience in finance, customer experience, recruiting, and process optimization across industries such as real estate, hospitality, non-profit, and retail. He excels at combining financial expertise with operational efficiency to drive growth and enhance customer experiences.
In real estate, Zach led acquisition strategies for a hedge fund, overseeing $200 million in property purchases by leveraging his financial analysis and market insights. In retail, he has driven exceptional guest service scores through data-driven strategies and performance optimization.
Committed to innovation and strategic planning, Zach believes prioritizing people—both team members and clients—fosters lasting relationships and meaningful impact.

Vice President of Operations
Jessica brings more than 12 years of hospitality experience in multiple industries of service. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide utmost care in consulting, temporary and permanent staffing, and directional care of clients.
Jessica excels in motivating, coaching and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. She pioneered a project with former Atlanta mayor to promote health, fitness and the wellbeing of state officials and government representatives, along with community leaders and their organizations.
Jessica believes this team can be a positive catalyst for the service industry. She pours her heart into people and hopes to offer inspiration along the way, while delivering the ultimate hospitality experience.

Director of Operations
Amy Simmons began her career in hospitality at 18, working diligently in the food and beverage department for the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, she relocated to Houston, where she spent three years honing her skills before transitioning to front desk operations. In 2008, she returned to New Orleans, continuing in front desk roles and eventually moving into management.
Amy became the Director of Operations of Wenzell & Fisher in 2024. Amy is passionate about serving others in all aspects of hospitality, always ready to lend a helping hand in times of need. Amy loves to share her knowledge, hoping to one day be a role model for someone interested in Hospitality as a career.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Antonio Whitfield began his career in the hospitality industry at 19 years old, starting as a part-time night auditor with Hilton. With a deep passion for guest service, Antonio not only strived to provide exceptional experiences for guests but enjoyed sharing his knowledge with others in the field. He remains dedicated to continuous learning and approaches each day with the same enthusiasm and drive he had on his first day in hospitality.
Antonio began his career at Wenzell & Fisher, starting as a Task Force Front Desk Agent in 2022. Through years of hard work and commitment, he advanced up to various management roles, ultimately being promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager with Wenzell & Fisher.
Antonio’s journey reflects his passion for the industry and his ability to lead and inspire others.

Accounting Manager
Joyce, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, has built a distinguished 35-year career in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotel accounting.
She has worked with some of the finest four- and five-star hotels in New Orleans, collaborating with top industry professionals who have influenced her career growth.
Throughout her tenure, Joyce has managed the billing of large accounts for prestigious companies across the country, consistently handling substantial financial transactions with integrity and accuracy. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted professional in the field.
For the past two years, Joyce has been serving as an Accounting Clerk at Wenzell & Fisher, where she continues to apply her expertise to support financial operations and drive organizational success.

Director of Business Development
Austin Perry has been a valued member of the Wenzell & Fisher family for the past three years. As the Director of Business Development, Austin leads efforts to drive growth through strategic and innovative business solutions, while also serving as the primary point of contact for contracts and service agreements.
Known for wearing many hats, he plays a pivotal role in streamlining and modernizing back-end processes to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless support for front-end operations. His commitment to excellence has been instrumental in fostering client satisfaction and operational success.
